Willow Apartments approached BDM Media Managing Director Eliot Laity to discuss their need as a project marketing company to get 55 apartments rented within 7 weeks.

Willow Apartments had never tried digital marketing as a strategy for acquiring tenants and wanted to work with a professional to accelerate the learning and get immediate results.

The Solution

BDM Media Implemented a complete digital strategy engaging customers using high conversion lead generation techniques – across social media advertising, realestate.com.au, email marketing and paid google advertising.

According to my spreadsheet where I was tracking costs and activities: • 4,078 clicks from Facebook • 4,113 clicks from Google Adwords • 13,331 hits from Google Analytics • 330 email enquiries from the website • 394 email enquiries from realestate.com.au advertising • Ridiculous number of telephone calls – lost track of them • 236 property inspections • 51 apartments rented in 6.5 weeks BOOM! Honestly couldn’t have achieved these numbers and the progress we made without the framework that you set up for us. It certainly was a crazy lead up to Christmas, I lost control of everything a number of times where I was receiving emails and phone calls that I just didn’t get to. We did have to adjust the list prices, ie. weekly rents, quite a number of times, which involved quite a lot of difficult conversations with owners, but in this current market we just had to be realistic with the list prices and meet the market.
